Cancellation Policy
📌 Online Consultation Booking Policies – JSF Group & Associates 1. Reservation and Confirmation All consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. The reservation will be considered confirmed upon receipt of proof of payment (for paid consultations). You will receive an email confirming your appointment and the access link for virtual consultations. 2. Consultation Duration The standard duration of each consultation is 30 to 45 minutes, unless otherwise indicated. Consultations will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late appointments reduce the processing time without affecting the cost. 3. Modifications and Rescheduling Consultations may be rescheduled only once, with at least 12 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests must be made by email to info@jsantosf.com or via the institutional WhatsApp. 4. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for no-shows or failed connections attributable to the client. 5. Confidentiality All information shared during the consultation will be treated with strict confidentiality, in accordance with Grupo JSF & Asociados' privacy policies. 6. Available Media Consultations can be conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp Video, according to the client's preference. If the consultation is in person, the address will be sent in the confirmation. 7. Free or Exploratory Consultations Free consultations (when available) are introductory in nature, with a maximum duration of 15 minutes. They do not include document review or specific advice; their purpose is to assess needs and present our services.
